are celebrated at this time of the year....
and the harvesting festivals are both exclusive
in eastern Malaysia.
namely, Sabah and Sarawak.
There's the Kaamatan Festival,
which is celebrated in Sabah
during the final week of May;
and reaching it's peak on the 30th and 31st of May.
Kaamatan Festival is celebrated by
the Kadazan and the Dusun people in Sabah.
Gawai Dayak is a festival celebrated in Sarawak
on 31 May and 1 June every year.
Gawai Dayak is celebrated by
the Iban, the Bidayuh, and the Orang Ulu.
but, there's one special attraction during these festival;

during Kaamatan festival in Sabah.
during Kaamatan, beauties from all over Sabah
participated in the Undu' Ngadau Beauty Pageant.

all in their traditional Iban attire.
