Resepi Terhebat Di Dunia....harus dibaca dan dicuba!

hai uolssss

Gambar dari instagram i gtewwsss

teruja kerrrr tengok gambar ni?
inilah dia resepi baru i...
Maggi Kari Special.

hahaha...
mesti uols dah tergelak guling - guling
Maggi kari ni siapa-siapa pun boleh buat,
tak susah mana pun nak menyediakan
maggi kari ni...even a makcik also can make one!

Yer laaa....okay, terpulang pada cara orang
Maggi kari ni versatile,
uols boleh sediakan apa cara sekalipun
yang penting, uols kena makan berkadaran laa
jangan sampai tiga bungkus sekali uols makan
memang makin bulat lah jadi nya....hehehe

Okeh...resepi nya ya bukkk....
mmm...ni resepi for two people yerr...
jangan nak memandai kata
iols ni melantak maggi
sampai dua bungkus yerrr

bahan:
dua paket Maggi kari
sos tomato
jus limau kasturi
tomato
daun ketumbar
cili

tambahan:
ayam goreng biasa...salut serbuk kunyit and garam, dan telur goreng mata ayam...eh salah, mata kerbau...hehehe...sajerrr jerr kannnn

Cara penyediaan
Tumiskan cili, tomato dan daun ketumbar..tumis sekejap jerr...kemudian masukkan 4 cawan air, didihkan. Masukkan perisa kari Maggi, sos tomato dan perahan limau kasturi. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan mi. Celur selama dua minit. Dahhh...siap untuk dihidang. Okeh...hias laaa guna ayam goreng & telur goreng.

Makan ni saja pun dah kenyang dah, sebab dah ada telur goreng dan ayam goreng.

Alaaaa...pandai laa uols ejas ejas sendiri
Ingat, makan berkadaran jaaa....

Anyway, dipersilakan mencuba
and, enjoy yaaa....

sabotaj diet uols yang belum tentu berkesan tu….
hehehe….i nak share sikit sebanyak info
tentang resepi dan terminology laksa ni…..
amboi…macam buat tesis pulak kannnn.

Asal usul laksa….
Kunun nya resepi laksa ni dicipta
oleh migran dari tanah besar China,
diadaptasi dalam budaya makanan masyarakat Nusantara; dalam hal ni, kelompok kita-kita
di kepulauan Indonesia, Tanah Melayu, Borneo
dan Indo-China. Hasil dari percampuran budaya
oleh masyarakat Cina dan penduduk tempatan,
maka wujudlah kelompok masyarakat
Lama-kelamaan, resepi laksa berubah
dari satu tempat ke satu tempat,
negeri ke negeri, dan budaya ke budaya.

Sebab itulah laksa ni ada versi berkari,
bersantan, menggunakan ikan, menggunakan ayam,
ada yang berasa masam, pedas, manis,
bersambal atau tidak bersambal.

Haa…..nak tengok gambar laksa….
ni diaaaa…..
siap dengan nama sekali gtewww…..

Asam Laksa

Okeh, puas dah potpetpotpet pasal laksa ni….

Recipe : Mee Kolok Sarawak

Kolo mee or mee kolo
is a type of Sarawak noodle dish,
characteristically light and tossed
in a transparent sauce.
Kolo mee is a Sarawakian favourite,
and is served any time of the day
for breakfast, lunch, and supper.

Kolo mee is distinguished
from other Asian noodle dish recipes.
Kolo Mee is not drenched in dark soy sauce
and water is not added to the noodles when served.
Kolo mee comes in two common flavours:
plain or seasoned with red sauce.
Kolo mee usually served with soup and soy sauce,
to give the dish a darker appearance
and enhance its saltiness.
Kolo mee noodles are springier than wantan noodles.
The noodles came with a generous filling of minced meat. The kolo mee is topped with spring onion and fried onion, giving the dish a sweet crunchiness.

Mee Kolok Sarawak

Ingredients.
Blanched egg noodles
Beef stock
Sliced beef
Minced garlic
Chillies
A pinch of pepper
Thick soy sauce
Diced chives
Coriander

Fry the minced garlic in some hot oil until fragrant,

then removed the garlic. Reserve the oil for later.
Use the oil to lightly fry the blanched egg noodles.
Add in some thick soy sauce for a bit of color.
Then add in a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stir and fry lightly. Set aside in a bowl.

Using the same wok, stir fry some sliced beef,
fried garlic, diced chives and coriander,
chilies with a ladle of beef stock.
Stir fry until the sauce thickens,
and then turn off the flame.
Now, add in the fried noodles
and mixed them together.
Serve in a bowl, topped with extra chilies or sliced beef.

Enjoy.
