tiga hidangan pagi.....

breakfast....brunch....snacking....
mana yang penting dibuat?




BREAKFAST
they say...
breakfast is the most important meal of the day....
it supplies you the energy for the whole day...gitewww
plus, breakfast helps sets your mood throughout the day...
tapi...paling ngeri kannn
if you skip breakfast, 
get ready for having problems with your 
metabolism, concentration and weight!


hahhhh...jangan korang....
kalo tak brekkie tu....
metabolisme korang akan kacao bilao...
y'all pun akan mengalami masalah nak konsentret
(dah nyaaa...perut asyik berbunyik mintak diisi...)
dan masalah berat badan....
ye lahh kannn... kalo dah lapar sebab skip brekkie
mestilah korang akan makan banyak 
tak hengat donia lepas tuuu....


BRUNCH
perkahwinan antara breakfast dan lunch...
jadilah brunch....gitewww....
brunch niii biasanya dibuat dengan cara buffet 
atau jamuan makan kecil-kecilan gitewww
dan biasanya brunch ni lebih sociable
berbanding breakfast....
dan yang paling penting....hidangannya lagiiiii meriah!
i sukaaaa!!!!!


SNACKING
haaaa...ni pulak maksudnya 
makan makanan ringan....tak kira masa....
pakar pemakanan kata tak seswaiiii snacking nih....
sebab boleh mengganggu selera makan hidangan utama....
tapi, for me, tak salah snacking....
as long as you snack on something healthy...
macam buah...kekacang...kerepek.....chocolate....
mm...kerepek tu healthy ke?
alaaa...pilih yang low salt punya laaaa....
and minum banyak air putih dah tu...


so...enjoy your morning yaaa...
and, enjoy your meal....
