i have something sweet to share with all of you guys. this photo was taken last week. this short cake is of  traditional Chinese cuisine. it tastes sweet, a little buttery and soft to the touch. best eaten hot;straight from the oven, or...eaten during cool rainy afternoon...with a cup of warm, thick, black coffee.
